Payment options

Please see below our payment options. 

If you are experiencing financial hardship due to other circumstances, please contact us so that we can make a payment arrangement that helps you.

  • BPay

    Use BPAY to pay your account using Internet banking or phone banking.

    1. Look for the BPAY logo on the back of your bill for the Biller Code. Southern Rural Waters Biller Code is: 16329
    2. Log into your internet banking site or call your bank.
    3. Select the BPAY or bill payment option then follow the instructions.
    4. Enter the amount you’d like to pay and the date you want to pay it.

  • BPay View

    BPAY View® delivers bills straight to your online or mobile banking for you to view, pay and store, making it easy to stay in control of your bill payments from one place.

    Once you register for BPAY View, you can enjoy the benefits of:

    Simple bill management: Have a summary of bills and their due date in one place online. If you want to view a detailed bill, it’s only a few clicks away.*

    Easy access: Bills are stored for up to 18 months and are easy to find on your bank statements once you’ve paid them.

    Bill payment reminders: Get reminded to pay your bills on time with convenient email, SMS or bank reminders.*

    Choose how and when to pay: If you pay with BPAY®, you’ll have the flexibility to choose which account to pay bills from, or schedule your payment on a date that works for you^, so long as you pay it by the due date.

  • Direct debit

    You can authorise Southern Rural Water to arrange for funds to be debited from your account.

  • Billing dates

    Annual accounts

    Macalister Irrigation Area, Groundwater and Rivers, Werribee and Bacchus Marsh irrigation districts and standard occupation licences:

    Our fixed charges are billed in October each year

    Due date: 20 December 2021 (or by instalment)
    Please note: If you miss the first instalment date, you will then need to pay the balance in full.

    • 1st instalment due: 29 November 2021
    • 2nd instalment due: 20 January 2022
    • 3rd instalment due: 21 March 2022
    • 4th instalment due: 20 May 2022

    Recycled water

    Werribee Recycled Water (inc. excess and sales usage)

    • 1st quarter: 12 November, 2021
    • 2nd quarter: 21 January, 2022
    • 3rd quarter: 21 March, 2022
    • 4th quarter: 20 May 2022

    Usage charges: Macalister Irrigation Area

    Usage charges are be billed in July each year and due for payment in August.

  • Update your details

    Please let us know when you change your billing details by completing the change of address application and return this form via email to srw@srw.com.au with the subject line: Change of details. Alternatively, please post the completed form to:
