Pay your account

Use BPAY to pay your account using Internet banking or phone banking.

1. Look for the BPAY logo on the back of your bill for the Biller Code. Southern Rural Waters Biller Code is: 16329
2. Log into your internet banking site or call your bank.
3. Select the BPAY or bill payment option then follow the instructions.
4. Enter the amount you’d like to pay and the date you want to pay it.

BPAY View® delivers bills straight to your online or mobile banking for you to view, pay and store, making it easy to stay in control of your bill payments from one place.

Usage charges are be billed in July each year and due for payment in August.

Please let us know when you change your billing details by completing the change of address application and return this form via email to srw@srw.com.au with the subject line: Change of details. Alternatively, please post the completed form to:
