We are launching a new service for customers, mySRW, which will help them see and understand their water entitlements, usage and billing information – all in one place. In recent surveys, and during the development of our price submission, customers told us they wanted information available in a range of ways, to help them manage their water efficiently. Our customer committees have assisted with feedback during mySRW’s early development.

Over the next few weeks, customers across our regions will receive letters inviting them to logon to mySRW. The individual letters will provide a unique user identification and an initial password, with instructions to set a new password on first login.

You can login from your mobile phone, tablet or PC to access all the information and services you need to manage and understand your water entitlements.

With mySRW, you can:

  •  view your water entitlements
  • track your usage
  • see your billing history and extend your bill due date
  • enter a meter reading
  • submit applications
  • view the BoM weather report and streamflow data
  • update your personal contact details
  • submit maintenance requests.

Over the next few months, we will gather feedback from customers to help determine what services and functions you want added to the next stages of mySRW.

You can access mySRW by visiting www.mysrw.com.au or by following the links from our website www.srw.com.au.  This will be the initial screen you see.  Even without your userID, you can complete an application form, report a maintenance issue and provide us with feedback.

If you are in on a regulated irrigation system, you will be receiving a letter with your login details within the next couple of weeks. Other groups of customers will receive their letters over the next few weeks. When you login for the first time, you will be prompted to choose a new password. Your new password must be 12 characters or more, with a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols. This will be separate to your WaterLine PIN.
