Magnicide H treatment program for SRW channels
As part of normal maintenance, Southern Rural Water (SRW) is treating sections of its Macalister Irrigation District (MID) channel system with a herbicide to control weed growth to improve the efficient delivery of water to customers.
- Do not come into contact with, or drink, the treated water
- Do not use the treated water for domestic and stock
- Do not swim in the channels
