Payment options
We understand that many of our customers may be experiencing difficulties paying their bills as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Southern Rural Water has put in place special payment relief and other arrangements up until 30 September 2020 for those who are in financial stress as a result of the pandemic.
Please call our team on 1300 139 510 to discuss your circumstances.
For instance, we can provide payment relief if you qualify for the Federal Government JobKeeper program. Even if you have no employees, but have experienced a 30% reduction in turnover, you could still qualify for help. Please see the current information at www.ato.gov.au. You will need to let us know that you are eligible for the JobKeeper program.
If you are experiencing financial hardship due to other circumstances, such as the recent bushfires, please contact us so that we can make a payment arrangement that helps you.
