| Southern Rural Water is seeking honest feedback on its services through a random phone survey of licence holders.
Manager Groundwater and Rivers, Craig Parker, said that independent survey provider, Bartley Consulting, would conduct the survey throughout late July/early August.
“This survey is an important way for Southern Rural Water to find out what licence holders know about our services, where they think we’re doing a good job, and how they think we could improve,” he said.
“We view the results of this survey as some of our most important feedback, and encourage anyone who participates to be as honest and forthright as possible.”
Licence holders who are contacted will be asked for their feedback on issues such as services, value for money, environmental activities, application processes, customer service and communication.
“All information collected during the phone interviews will be treated in the strictest confidence,” said Craig. “Both Southern Rural Water and Bartley Consulting abide by National Privacy Principles and information provided to us by Bartley Consulting will only be used to improve services, with names and individual details of participants remaining confidential.”
